The Challenge

The client approached Creative Fold to help relaunch Wearabowl after reclaiming the rights and remaining inventory from a previous licensing partner. With inventory nearly sold out and no access to the original factory, the client needed a new manufacturing partner and full production support to bring the product back to market.

 

The existing product required several improvements. Fabric prints felt uninspired, packaging was minimal, and the construction, materials, and sizing needed refinement. Since production would be starting from scratch with a new factory, this created an opportunity to upgrade the entire product experience, including packaging, print materials, and overall quality.

 

The client also explored adding new accessories, but ultimately decided to focus on perfecting the core product for the first production run.

The Solution

Creative Fold sourced a new manufacturing partner capable of producing the bowls, print materials, and potential future accessories under one coordinated production process.

 

Through multiple rounds of prototyping and development, we refined the product’s fabric prints, materials, construction, and sizing to ensure a high-quality and consistent final result. In parallel, we worked closely with the client to elevate the brand and packaging, transforming Wearabowl from a product previously shipped in a basic paper bag into a premium retail-ready experience. The final solution included a custom telescoping setup box, branded inserts, and a professionally designed informational booklet.

 

Because the product involves hand-sewn components, maintaining consistent quality during production was critical. Creative Fold coordinated with a third-party inspection company to perform in-factory quality control inspections and testing prior to shipment, ensuring the finished product met strict manufacturing and quality standards.

 

With a trusted new factory partner, upgraded materials, refined construction, and elevated packaging, Wearabowl is ready for a strong return to market. By rebuilding the product from the ground up, we helped create a more polished, consistent experience while setting the stage for future growth. The client is currently fulfilling orders and continuing to grow the brand.
