The Challenge

Our client’s original marketing strategy was primarily selling direct to consumers at sports events. After a market shift away from in-person events due to the pandemic, our client wanted help improving their product packaging for retail. We also agreed to help them find a manufacturer. 


  • Packaging components needed to be eco-friendly with a high value on recycled materials

  • Manufacturer had to be located in the USA


  • Product packaging required more space for adding additional branding and product information


The Solution

With a change to the packaging construction, increased space for product copy, and enhanced graphic design, our team helped elevate the overall product presentation for the client. We also made sure the client received samples from multiple printers.


  • Adding a separate wing to the card holding the headband broadens space for branding

  • Introduction of additional product copy improves marketing message and overall look

  • Gathering samples from multiple printers ensures competitive pricing and high quality
