The Challenge

A new client came to us wanting help designing and building a premium website for their interior design business.

• Ecommerce platform and theme needed to be functional and easy to maintain while exhibiting a premium look and feel  
   

• Overall design aesthetic had to match the luxury home goods industry and client’s curated vision
   

• Client-provided text and photographs needed to be incorporated into new website with training for client to independently update content on an ongoing basis

The Solution

We built the O & A website and designed it to our client’s desired aesthetic, no small feat when your client works in design! Using client-provided copy and photos (with a bit of Photoshop finessing!), we created website wireframes, assisted in choosing a Shopify theme, and created rough page layouts with copy and client-requested design feel.

• Using Shopify allows for a simple yet robust ecommerce website with an interface that’s accessible and easy for the client to manage going forward
   

• Aesthetic discovery phase ensures desired look & feel are executed to the client’s desires
   

• Adding the client’s copy and photography to the new website and demonstrating how to make future changes gives the client ownership and flexibility
