The Challenge

A client came to us looking for help with packout planning, sourcing, and manufacturing a product in the late stages of development. This client wanted to create an art kit that engaged imagination and storytelling through open-ended play with stencils, doodling, and more. 

 

• Product components and pieces had to be finalized, sourced, and tested thoroughly, everything from stencil thickness to felt-tip pen performance
   

• Box packout needed to highlight each component piece in beautiful, reusable packaging with a kid-friendly format and handle for easy carrying 

 

• Once production-ready, final product required oversight throughout manufacturing, safety testing, shipping, and delivery

Through extensive testing and sampling, our team determined the best materials and pack out for each component part.”We also found the factory and worked with them to produce and deliver a high-quality product.

 

• Packaging design with a pizza-style box allows for easy access to each component part, creating a user-friendly kit for kids and parents to open, use, and stow
   

• Thoughtfully-designed component parts create the perfect play experience, including 60 unique monster stencils, spiral-bound storybook, finger daubers, background sheets, 6-color ink pad, and a doodle pen
   

• Expertise in manufacturing and safety testing allows us to work smoothly through challenges that arise during production, testing, and customs clearance
