The Challenge

Our not-for-profit client needed marketing and promotional materials for an upcoming event — with no established groundwork except the event’s logo.

  • Prior event collateral had been delivered last minute, causing unnecessary stress to staff and volunteers


The Solution
We extrapolated brand guidelines and visual direction from the event logo to inform our production of all collateral pieces, plus established a new design, approval, and vendor process to streamline production on future events. All products were completed well in advance and delivered on time, and included:


  • Print materials (folders, programs, signage, tickets)

  • Promotional items (toys, buttons, t-shirts, totes, gift bags, stickers)

  • Digital assets (email invitations and reminders, website landing page)

The client was ecstatic with the new process. Timeliness had always been an issue due to the constraints of their volunteer staff, so handing off production to us as an external partner helped them focus on what they were truly best at…while we did the same. With the addition of our skills to the team, the event sold out for the first time, and the client is setting a higher capacity next time as a result!

An Update!

Thanks to a positive overall experience with our first conference with the client (G4G13), we were hired to update print materials, promotional items, and digital assets for their subsequent conferences:

G4G14 and G4G15!
